Gather Wisdom provides mental health services for adults age 18- 65, residing in the state of Oregon. All services are delivered via Telehelath, allowing you to receive care in the comfort of your own home. If the State of Oregon requires in person visits to establish care those will be made available & an in-person visit will be required to continue care. At this time all services are Telehelath only.
At Gather Wisdom we treat a wide range of concerns, including focus and concentration concerns, feeling anxious, being frequently tearful or having depressed mood, feelings of overwhelm, mood dysregulation, irritability and PTSD.

Gather Wisdom was founded by Sophia Cording, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her approach emphasizes compassionate, individualized care with a special area of interest in Adult ADHD. Sophia’s extensive experience allows her to create customized treatment plans that truly address the needs of each client.
Yes. Medication management is provided as part of a comprehensive treatment plan, tailored to each individual’s needs. Stimulant medication like Vyvanse, Concerta or Adderall MAY be used as a part of a comprehensive treatment plan,
Benzodiazepines, suboxone, and ketamine are not therapies prescribed at this practice.
Medication management and support with medication changes including: starting medication, decreasing medication or stopping medications and transitioning to medications that offer a lower side effect profile, or continuing with current medications following a move, are the main components of our treatment approach. Supportive therapy based in techniques from CBT, DBT, Family Systems therapy, and specialized continuing educations in treatment of Adult ADHD are offered during medication management appointments but are included with medication management services. We encourage clients seeking in-depth therapy to connect with a dedicated therapist. We can provide recommendations based on your needs.
